Before Treatment
- Avoid taking aspirin or other blood-thinning medications for at least one week before the procedure, avoid alcohol for 24 hours before the procedure, ensure you are well hydrated before the procedure
Aftercare
- Apply ice packs to the treated area for short intervals (10-15 minutes) for the first 24-48 hours to reduce swelling and discomfort.
- Refrain from touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for at least 48 hours.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24-48hours.
